Ahmed, the fearless Syrian refugee boy who tries to see the world with a single eye.

Fatih, a young Muslim man who is about to marry someone he does not love.

Selin, an independent and spirited young Christian woman.

The paths of these three characters who need to emigrate to Europe intersect upon the death of

one Muslim and one Christian family elders and the mix-up of their remains at Istanbul Galata.

All three protagonists belong to different worlds. But their common goal forces them to steal an

expensive brooch from the coffin. Their journey takes them to an illegal refugee boat that would

travel to Italy via the Aegean Sea.
